News flash folks, Web filtering is not just a “Windows only club”. Most larger companies and government offices have some kind of filtering in place -either via Linux or Windows, depending on their network. You would know if your company does this in a cold minute. Just look for those off the wall “Access Denied” pages that you get when you are trying to read Pirillo’s Weblog when you’re supposed to be working.
Today I wanted to share a PDF tutorial that will help you to implement a both DansGuardian and ClamAV to keep your network buttoned up tight. You will need Adobe Reader to read it, but it is a program that you more than likely already have on your system anyway.
