I consider myself very security conscious. As a matter of fact it was one of the driving forces behind my switch to Linux. Any discussion on security usually grabs my attention; this one on Securing Suse was no exception, especially since Suse 9.1 is one of my favorite distros. This security perspective comes from one of the many participants in the Antionline forums. The post looks like a work in progress with plans to add a section on configuring Suse and the author encourages readers to provide feedback. So if you are a Suse user like myself this one is worth the read.
For those who may be unaware, Antionline is a community of users that promote computer/network security. Take some time and explore their Web site I think you will find many resources that could be of use in securing your computer and network regardless of the operating system you use. :-)
