My brain hurts.

I spent a chunk of time on Groklaw this afternoon, and they have a lot of coverage of the recent developments in the SCO case (as well as the legal validation of the GPL in Germany - woohoo!). If you’d like to get the full scoop on these events, which can severely impact Linux should things go well for SCO, drop on by and commence grokking.

In a nutshell, Groklaw exists to help the rest of us non-lawyer types understand the law. Some of the terse legalese rears its head in some of the reports, but it’s nicely broken down by the various reporters. All I can say about reading through those decisions and documents is “better them than me.” Heh.
