Linux Thrives, Yet The Windows Domination Continues

nbsp;Vnunet.com reports that even though Linux is booming big time, Windows still owns the majority of the server market. Apparently, this was one of the findings of their Server System Research Survey. They go on to report that “Microsoft predictably holds the lion’s share of the server market in the UK, with 90 percent of those surveyed having Windows 2000 servers within their organizations, and is particularly popular among smaller businesses, 92 percent of which have one or more servers running it.”
