Finally, installing programs might become easier for Linux newbies. InstallShield X, which has been offering it’s services to Windows and Mac developers for sometime now has a Linux installer solution. While have heard people do not like install shield, they need to understand that the reality is that as Linux continues to mature, it will end up taking on some of the Windows like characteristics like the use of software installers.
