While Microsoft works to cut prices on Windows for Paris City Hall in France, the French capital begins to consider moving over to cheaper Open Source software products. With Paris ready to spend $195 million dollars on computers and software over the next three years, Microsoft is growing increasingly nervous about where those dollars will be spent.
