Though I visit this site often for HowTos and other information, this link on the Linux.org site had completely escaped me until today. It’s an online class with a pretty good objective: “To get you the beginner with Linux to the point where you can do everything that you do with MS Windows, in Linux and much more.” This is a nicely laid out course, designed to let you work through the issues of transitioning from Windows to Linux at your own pace. If you’re still struggling with making the move from that other OS, Getting Started With Linux should be a very userful resource.
