sisob seems to have a pretty good grasp on what new Linux users are looking for. Text on the site describes its purpose best:
After hearing all the Hype about Linux it can be very disappointing when you have just finished installing it. After all it is just an OS - not that exciting in itself. The fun starts when you start doing things with Linux. In this site I have detailed how to do some fun and useful things in Linux.
Those things include burning CDs, browsing and playing DVDs. The site also includes HowTos in areas of interest to sisob - Mandrake, Gnome, OpenOffice, and others. While the site is still small, the information is useful to anyone who’s new to Linux. Take a look into sisob’s world and you’ll find some items of interest to your own.
