I’ve had quite a bit of email this week, highly praising the newest release of Suse, version 8.0. To the note, each has commented on the ease and accuracy of installation and on the improvements to Suse’s configuration tool, YaST2. Everyone, in short, is raving about the iomprovements to this Linux distribution.
Suse does not, as a rule, make these full versions available for download. They do, however, post Live Evaluation, a full version of Suse that runs entirely from a CD. Today’s GnomeFILE is a link to the download for Suse 8.0 Live Evaluation.
