“I just started using Linux earlier this year, and your newsletter has helped me find some resources like linuxcommand.org that really helped me out. I’d like to return the favor by exposing you all to JBLinux.net - the JB Linux Distro. After trying Mandrake 8.1 and Slackware 8.0, I came to the decision that I wanted something in-between with Slackware’s small size, speed, and security, and Mandrake’s ease of setup.
“JBLinux is a small (2 GB), fast distro, that’s not bloated but comes with all the tools I need and the performance I expect from Linux. I got X working with the new nVidia drivers, as well as my Sound Blaster Audigy drivers with no problem! This didn’t even work in Mandrake! I suggest everyone should check this distro out and help support it!
