Thanks to the efforts of dedicated volunteers, The Free Linux CD Project provides free Linux CDs simply for the asking. They do, however, work on a weekly allocation, meaning that you may have to wait a bit for your order to be filled. Nonetheless, the Free Linux CD Project is a site of grace for those without high-speed Internet access. The word Free in their title even includes shipping. How much more could you ask for?

Due to the vast increase in linux and a low bandwith speed of the internet in west africa, i would like to request a free linux Cd for educational and professional basis. This would go a long way in increasing the vast spread of linux usage in Africa. Waiting patiently for a reply

After learning how to use linux and saw its advantage over windows OS,I became fanatic of Linux Operating System. I want to try different distributions of linux to expand my knowledge in using different linux distro that’s why I want to ask for a copy of free linux cd

am learning about linux. got ubuntu livcd, dsl livecd. please don´t send those if that is what you have, but I would like a free linux cd.

I’m the same as C. F. Goodwin , i too would like a free Linux live cd but not ubuntu because right now i’m looking into small Linux distros as i have 2 128mb computer i bought with OS’s .
