A first-class first-person shooter, Tribes2 is available for Linux. This is simply some of the finest graphics going. Though it pushed my Voodoo3 hard, I couldn’t have been more happy with the smooth play and unbelievable level of detail in the game. My favorite was the seige mode. Join a team and work together to lay claim to the stronghold of your enemies. With a full compliment of weapons, a sense of unity, and a six-pack of Surge, you’re likely to see the sun come up before tiring of Tribes2.
