Hi guys I Have been very busy the last few weeks so I have not been blogging but I know have some free time ahead so I will be blogging as much as I can

So today I am going to tell you the 5 reasons why I hate AOL here in the UK.

1. Their internet browser. They have not updated the AOL browser in like 6 years and is now       getting so old and to connect to the internet you have to have to have AOL open and logon to AOL before you have web access.
2. There claims of unlimited internet for £14.99. they say you can download an unlimited amount of data each month but they only let you use 70gb a month before they send you a warning e-mail and if you go over the 70gb limit the next month they will cut you off of the internet. Now I have checked their terms and conditions there is no fair use policy of only downloading 70gb a month so they can not legally do that but they do it to their costumers.
3. The problems they give you. Many of my friends and family that have used AOL in the past have had a number of problems with AOL these range from not being able to get on the internet to being kicked off the internet while surfing they give you so many problems it unbelievable and its all down to their old browser.
4. The free equipment they give you. The free wireless routers and modems are the worst you can get. The wireless routers have poor range and are very cheap to buy and they are old. Now as for the modems well my uncle has gone through 20 modems in the last 6 years now I have had the same broadband modem for the past 3 years and its still going fast and strong.
5. Costumer service. Now this is my last rant about AOL but the costumer service department is terrible they are one of the companies that like to place their costumer service in a foreign country now because there can be communication problems between staff and us the customer so you do not always get the service you expect from a big company.

So after reading this I hope you change from AOL and if you don’t have it just please don’t get it!!
