Apple Tries To Gag Owner of Exploding iPod

  • No Related Post

After a small female’s iPod exploded and her dad sought a refund, Apple went to court to try to gag them; to prevent them from speaking out about the Exploding iPod.

I said the other day that Steve Jobs is in a mad rush to out-evil Bill Gates.  He proves my point daily.

I hope they don’t try to give her another iPod…

Maybe she’ll turn into the youngest anti-DRM advocate in the world.

Are you tired of asking Steve Jobs’ permission every time you want to put music on your player?  Or computer?  Or do you simply drool when Steve rings the bell?

Think for yourself: avoid .AAC and Windows.

Well now, we’ve already had a song about how United breaks Guitar. Pop goes the Apple anyone? They’d better pray she isn’t able to sing!

heh, interesting.

To watch AVI movie on iPod/iPhone? Why don’t you use a video converter software like
http://www.xilisoft.com/video-converter.html
It can convert video files to most formats for most portable players. It worked for me and I use it as my iPod and PSP video converter. They also provide a specialiPod video converter if you only want to convert videos for iPod.

I love how the author’s solution to the problem of one form of extremism is another form of extremism. I wonder if he’ll ever realize that the problem is that we never stop and think, we just knee-jerk to the polar opposite, and then back again when something there irks us.

Everytime Apple gags people, reminds me of communism… I’ve been trying to respect Apple, I’m having a very hard time at doing that.
Insulting a great audio format and a good OS(Preference people!)….

As soon as I seen this two words came to mind ” of course” of course what else is new. Steve Jobs was, is, and allways will be an arrogant ~*%{£<*| and he shows it every day

Shes in the US? She is covered by 1st ammendment?

Shouldt apple get their butt kicked for trying to remove someone elseses 1st ammendment?

f: I believe they wish to exchange a new device for her curtailing her speech. Too late – it’s already out there.

Its time to make the iPod and iPhone safe to use

What Do You Think?
