California Supreme Court upholds anti gay marriage law.

The law passed 52-48.  I guess this clears the way for California to re-establish slavery too (provided they get a majority of the votes, of course).  Imagine - 52% of the people who voted came out just to stop gays from marrying.  Americans Idle must have been a rerun that day.

Robert Schlesinger opines that although he’s in favor of marriage-equity, the court made the correct legal decision.

Where do I stand?

I’m against same sex marriage.  I’m against opposite sex marriage too.
