The CIA and Torture You Don’t Hear About…

The year was roughly 1975, the venue was Congress, the subject was the Church Committee. This was when the CIA was called on the carpet and admitted to mind control experiments. This is public record.
There may be prior history but let’s call it the end of World War II. Nazi scientists were doing all sorts of gruesome experiments on people all through the war at Hitler’s behest. The US obviously needed those scientists, lest some other country get them. The most visible of these was Werner Von Braun, the rocket scientist.
The less visible ones were also brought over, under Project Paperclip. With CIA money, they were allowed to continue their experimentation on people. US and Canadian citizens. One of Hitler’s pet projects was the Super Soldier, a soldier with a high pain tolerance, who could run forever, require little rest, and heal quickly. And quietly.
The umbrella for mind control projects was MK-ULTRA. Project Talent was one of the lesser-known projects, specifically for creating super soldiers. I have heard a number of interviews with one of the victims of Project Talent, Duncan O’Finioan.
To hear Duncan’s interviews is to go on a journey. You can listen to the story as an incredible piece of action fiction or you can listen to someone whose life was not his own at age six.
Duncan’s father, who turned out to be working for the CIA, was somehow `convinced’ to have him tested at age six. Depending on your perspective, he either passed the test or failed miserably.
There are many missing years in his life. He barely remembers the first introduction into Project Talent, which involved extreme trauma, designed to bring about an alternate personality.
Throughout his life are remembered bits of jobs or missions he carried out for the CIA, all over the globe. He was still being used/accessed until fairly recently, after an auto accident, when the memories started flooding back.
Now we know the CIA was up to this in the sixties and before. It is documented. What’s apparently missing from the documentation is that this is still going on. If it was happening with Duncan, it’s a fair bet that it’s happening all over the place. Still.
Do you approve of torture? Not waterboarding soldiers of war… torturing children to produce multiple personality disorder so they can serve the CIA and whoever runs that organization?
To this day, there are many people with multiple personality disorder (MPD/DID) who are the detritus of these programs in the US and Canada. Many are undiagnosed. Many are portrayed as kooks in the media. The False Memory Foundation was formed to discredit them (CIA, of course). But the mind control experiments were admitted to in front of Congress.
LIsten for yourself. Suddenly Iraq doesn’t seem that important.

Part of the `research’ took place in Canada, CIA funded.
Oddly enough I’ve met a lot of Canadian multiples…

You’re most welcome, Duncan. I’m really glad you stopped by.
I wish you peace (and cold revenge), brother.

ongoing torutre in Canada with people held in various vulnerable situations. Use of sound/other gps stalking to stun people into wanting to be dead and then take them to rendering for example.
I’m seeking assistance to find others and help myslef recover.

Greetings from the Survivors of Project Talent.
We, the survivors of MK ULTRA and all of its sub-projects - Project Talent being one of them - are coming to you, the leaders of the free world, for redress. We request action on this matter post-haste, as we have waited long enough for our respective governments to take notice of our tortures, trials, and tribulations that were forced upon us as children by the same said governments.
We ask for recognition of all that was done to us, all that is still being done to us, and recognition of duties that we performed for our respective countries in the name of freedom and national security.
We request our files be shown to us. We request public recognition for all that was done and is still being done. We request apologies from same said governments. We request face to face meetings with the highest officials of our respective countries in order to discuss this matter on a personal level. We request Congressional hearings in the United States to address this subject. We feel this is very little to ask in lieu of what was done to us, and what is still being done to us.
You, the abovementioned, are the leaders of the free world. Please stand up and act like it.
The torture of children can in no way ever be condoned by any country for any reason. It is our highest wish to have a public announcement that these projects using children will be stopped.
Our resolve is beyond what any normal person could ever imagine, and we shall not stop until our grievances are dealt with.
We respectfully await your replies, if any. Fore, we contacted various government leaders separately in the past and have never once received a reply. Is this the way governments of the free world react to people like us?
We are not, as we have been told, “used goods”, to be tossed to the wayside when their usefulness has ended.
Thank you,
Duncan O’Finioan
