From the BBC: A top doctor has admitted her part in hoodwinking a leading medical journal after inventing a medical condition called “cello scrotum”.
Journal editors are also examining her other entries, such as sponge-on-the-brain, scrotus itchus, brain pain, and naughty nipples.
Also from the BBC: A Sudanese man has been jailed for seventeen years as a `war crimes spy’. What did he do? He passed documents to the International Criminal Court implicating Sudan in Darfur war crimes.

Former NSA analyst Russell Tice says band and credit card CEOs should be called in front of Congress to answer whether or not they voluntarily shared consumer transaction records with the NSA on a massive scale.
Not that it will ever happen but if it did, it would look like the heads of Big Tobacco<tm>, standing there swearing that tobacco is not hazardous or addictive in any way. But corporations bear no responsibility these days, much like the government.
