I have to confess to some confusion around the whole Dump on Verizon thing. I am a very happy cell phone customer. I have used most of the other carriers and haven’t had any trouble with Verizon for years.
That having been said, their reputation for abhorrent service in the home is well-deserved. I may have found one of the reasons….
