Maybe we’re not going to hell after all.
Ok, I kid.
Maybe the descent has just slowed down a bit.

A friend worked the polls in a Philly suburb yesterday. Check this out:

* There was a 95% turnout rate!

* Ron Paul got 15% of the vote. He got 17% statewide.

What does this kind of turnout tell you?
(beside the fact that Americans Idle wasn’t on last night)

A huge percentage of Pennsylvanians got up off their bottoms and voted.
A republican won 17% of the vote while technically not on the ballot.

People are pissed

In the Hijynx Department, Obama people went to high schools and played the race card. As a result, pollsters observed more young black people than ever before.

Just imagine the storm if a white candidate had pulled this one….

And lastly, remember that the votes are not verifiable. PA has electronic machines with no paper trail.

In spite of all this, I’m pretty impressed. The Great Unwashed are starting to stir.
