Philadelphia’s new genius mayor, Michael Nutter, has decided to enact his own set of gun laws. It bothers him not a whit that cities cannot enact laws that supersede state law, no sirree; he and his fellow constitutional scholars on City Council have gone ahead and enacted them.
The gun grabbers will always refuse to acknowledge the Constitution. Fortunately this will hit the courts immediately and Philly will rightfully get laughed right out the door.
Remember - if we ban guns, the terrorists win.
