In a move that should surprise no one, our ass-covering, back-stabbing congresscritters passed the `stimulus package.’

Now let’s talk turkey here (or frog, if you’d rather): even the name is bullshit.  This is a typical political tactic, much like the Patriot Act that took away rights.  That’s not very patriotic, is it?

They are no more stimulating the economy than I am being elected president next week. 

I ask you, how is giving out money stimulus when the country is in debt to the tune of billions?  The only thing more jaw-dropping than this desperate act is the people who fall for the scam.

I am not having grandchildren, by virtue of not having children, but I don’t want to doom everybody else’s grandchildren to this kind of debt.  It’s an awful shame President Stupid doesn’t feel this way too.
