Apple + Environment?

Apple has released the MacBook Air which is said to be the most Environmentally safe piece of hardware Apple has ever realesed. And to my surprise, today, i went to my Shopping cart and saw a charge for $6. I was like WTF! Then it said “Recyling Fee”.  I applaud Apple for doing this and i will be happy to pay the $6 for this.
