Windows 7 beta keys are now avalable

After many hours of trying to get a key, the Microsoft servers finally restored giving Windows 7 beta keys.

As you may know, Microsoft took down Windows 7 downloads and keys from their servers as with the amount pf people downloading it.

Got mine. Sorry for not blogging for a long time. Having many other things to do and uploading subservient Chris and moderating those comments also.

Twitter Use For Terrosists?

For all of you using twitter, the U.S. intelligence community is looking into twitter.com as a use to coordinate terrorist attack. With the microblogging and the GPS. The repost says.

Twitter is already used by some members to post and/or support extremist ideologies and perspectives. Extremist and terrorist use of Twitter could evolve over time to reflect tactics that are already evolving in use by hacktivists and activists for surveillance. This could theoretically be combined with targeting.

What do you think? Is it use for terrosists?

Chris Pirillo Soundboard 3.0 Review

Overall I say it is better than the previous soundboard in design and content. New sounds and some of the favorite are back. The design is better. It has a sleek looking. The awsome sound is now there anymore when your mouse goes over Chris Pirillo face with 3.0 (that is a relef, can get pretty annoying). Even though there is a little spelling error,it is better than the previous sounboard.

Is the Zodiac killer identity finally unmasked?

A guy named Dennis Kaufman has evidence that the Zodiac killer is his stepfather. From a knife with possible human blood on it, to pictures of the people he killed, to even the actual clothing the Zodiac wore. The Zodiac killer terrorized the Bay Area with at least eight killings of random people and he taunted police. Right now the evidence is in the hands of the FBI — except for one roll of film. That one roll of film he developed and it contained many horrible pictures. The lab tests may come any day from now.

Private Browsing Feature May be Integrated in IE8

There has been rumors that Microsoft might be integrating a private browsing feature in the upcoming Internet Explorer. It will easily clear cache, empty browser history, and block cookies. Already Apple has this feature in Safari.

Anyway,who still uses IE, many who read this mostly uses Mozilla Firefox. People who use it may look at wrong (Bad) sites.

Delta announced on Tuesday it will service WI-Fi access to 300 of its domestic aircraft by the next year. Delta is partnering with Aircell to provide Wi-Fi service to aircraft. It will service about 60% of their flights flown every day. The service will be offered on 133 MD88/90 aircraft and 200 Boeing 737, 757 and 767-300 by the next year. This will not apply to smaller aircraft. This service will allow Wi-Fi-enabled laptops, PDAs, or smartphones to connect to the Internet for a small service fee. It will cost $9.95 for flights two hours or less, $12.95 for flights more than three hours.

Also, Virgin America will also be rolling out its wi-fi service by April 2009. JetBlue has been testing free Wi -Fi service to its flights between New York City and San Francisco. American Airlines is right now testing Wi-Fi on some aircraft and will expects to offer Wi-Fi on 15 aircraft. Us Airways and Southwest Airlines says it will offer Wi-Fi service on a trial basis.

Aircell’s technology is much cheaper and easier to provide in smaller domestic aircraft.

Unfortunately, calling use is still prohibited on flights.

File Sharing on College Campus has Some Mixed Reviews

A reauthorized law will ask college university to deter college students from sharing illegal files. The law hasn’t been approved by Congress for 10 years. In a couple of weeks President Bush will sign the legislation. As the university will create ways to stop copyright materials from being shared, there will a legal alternatives of peer-to-peer sharing offer. If universities don’t comply with the new law , they may lose federal funding. If they comply with the new law, they may apply for a grant to support for the development of a program to stop illegal file sharing.

Do not use the AOL’s Fortune app from the app store

When Chris Pirillo Tries to run AOL’s Fortune app, it will lock up and reboot. The next time it boots up, any third party app will try to get in, but cannot. That means Chris has a bricked iPhone that can at least get in to the main screen. Now Chris has to “reset the motherf!(&#*” up back to its original non-bricked state, which will last for about 3 hours.

If Chris wrote the comment for the fortune cookie app, he will swear the heck out of it.
