Join Anvil Media’s Club: Dream Life

For Anvil’s Q1 field trip, we tapped our favorite winter friends, Club DreamLife for a snow day on Mt. Hood.  We packed the cars with employees, food and warm clothes and headed to Timothy Lake, where we met up with the DreamLife crew. As usual, the DreamLife crew gave us the red carpet treatment with an RV, ATV and 4 snowmobiles (or sleds as they are called in the business). The team quickly divided up (mostly by gender) into 2 groups: the snowshoe crew and the snowmobile and snow-football crew. The dudes ended up taking the sleds out on Clear Lake, where we could really open on the open flats…hitting 80 MPH. During a break, we played a pickup game of touch football in 6 inches of fresh powder. It was work! The laidies hiked into the vast wilderness, before returning to checkout stand magazines. Rest assured we guys didn’t like someone poking through our mags, and were quite upset when we returned. Regardless, it was another fantastic snow day field trip, care of the folks at DreamLife.
