Wonders never cease from those crazy folks at Mountain View, CA. This week they released Co-op, a customizable search engine that searches websites that you specify and integrates the results into your own Web site.

From its site:

• Specify the sites you want to include in searches.

• Place a search box and search results on your website.
• Customize the look and feel to match your website.
• Invite your community to contribute to the search engine.
• Make money from relevant ads in your search results.

Pretty cool stuff. And it will look like your site, if you wish. And I thought I was impressed with Google Docs & Spreadsheets!
