Over at Mac Recon, fcodc has posted a pretty cool article about how to set up a Mac Media Center, listing just about everything you’ll need.
It doesn’t run through the full setup of the individual components (so I can’t call it a tutorial), but if you’re pretty tech-wise, you can probably figure it out on your own.
It’s a great start if you’ve got a serious itching for iTV.
