What is the Newest Drug Craze to hit the Club Scene?

Unbelievable. According to Rob Fitzgerald, the newest craze on the drug scene is PreparationH. That’s right: the hemorrhoid cream. It seems as though some people will stop at nothing to look better than what they really do, including spreading butt cream onto other areas of their bodies.
The cream supposedly works to reduce inflammation by shrinking the blood vessels surrounding the hemorrhoids. According to supporters of the new practice, it will also shrink other tissue, as well. Women are using it under their eyes, to reduce puffiness. Men are slathering it all over their torsos, trying to look like they are ‘ripped’. Doctors are laughing at the idea of this. Many have come forward to state that PreparationH doesn’t even work very well by itself for its intended use.
This whole scenario begs the question ‘Where will people draw the line when it comes to enhancing their physical appearance?’. The answer, apparently, is “nowhere”. So much emphasis is placed on how we look in this society that we are now turning to butt cream out of desperation for a quick fix. Am I the only person who finds this absolutely pathetic and sad? What is it going to take to convince society as a whole to accept each other the way we are, flaws and all? There is not a single person on this Earth with a “perfect” body. So what the hell are we trying so hard to pretend for? Wouldn’t it be easier just to accept and embrace the imperfections that make us who we are, and move on?

This has been going on for some time now, although not necessarily on the club scene. SupermModels have been using ‘PrepH’ to remove spots and zits for some years.

Yeah, and the fact that death is inevitable, makes me laugh to think we try so hard to stay alive!
or is this a bad example?
