Is there such a thing? Short answer, yes! While dieting it is very, very important to never starve yourself, ever! Starving yourself is harmful to your body and can actually lead to fat storage because your body thinks you’re starving. It makes sense, the human body is a super adapter. If you run 40k/day, your body will adapt to be a super efficient running machine and will atrophy all the muscle it doesn’t need. Same thing goes if you stress your muscles via weight lifting, your body will adapt and you will gain muscle!
You must make sure to never starve yourself, this is why eating 6 or more small meals per day is so important!
