Weight Loss Tips III

Weight lifting brings a whole new aspect to weight loss. By lifting weights, you are not only burning stored fat as energy, but you are also gaining muscle. One pound of muscle burns more calories that one pound of fat. So you will be trimming up, and adding muscle at the same time! I personally like to mix up the weights, cardio, and dieting to cut down to an optimal body fat %. I am currently riding for Coach Chris (Chris Helwig) and i need to drop a 8 or so pounds. There are plenty of bodyweight exercises to do at home, or you could buy a gym membership.
