While dieting, make sure to NEVER starve yourself. Your body is an amazing machine and will actually adapt, think its starving and start storing fat whenever it gets the chance. This is why eating 5-6 (or more) small meals per day is really key. You can start by eating your three meals, but cut them back and eat healthy snacks in between. If you starve yourself you are also more likely to over eat at your next meal which is not good!
