It was Sunday. Project day at my house. This week — well, not exactly from the pages of Make Magazine — had me replacing the back side of a forty-year-old bookshelf. I’ll spare you the story of my trip to the Home Depot (I’m sure you would not be surprised) and tell you about a website that will surely make your day brighter.
Smile Makers makes an assortment of stickers for your project: school, finance, church — you name it, they got it. I used these little guys to mark the area where I made small prep holes in my shelf before I joined the shelf with screws. It worked well — almost perfect, but as a handyman tip it is worth considering, especially in a dimly lit work area. Smile Makers has unlimited uses.
