An Update on Troubles with HP

Last week I posted a letter that I sent to the CEO of HP. Here is a little follow up about how a bad situation has gotten even worse.
Six days after ordering my laptop packaging, it finally shipped. However HP did something stupid. As soon as my order shipped they canceled it. They then ordered me a new box (which has not shipped as of Tuesday). Well, the box arrived, however HP will not allow me to use this box. They claim that Fed Ex will not ship the box, as it is no longer paid for.
After an hour on the phone, and talking to a supervisor; I found out that they have no reason for why my order was canceled. They have however offered to send me a third box. I got the phone number of a supervisor at HP, so if a box does not ship by tomorrow I will be making yet another phone call. Also, I have been promised a phone call from two different Case Managers inside of HP. Hopefully that will happen tomorrow.
This has to be the most frustrating tech experience of my life. At this point I am hoping that my laptop will be fixed by my birthday in March.
