Today Isn’t Just About the Feast

Today is a day where we should all realize how thankful we are for everything around us. While you are at home, eating your turkey/ham and other items for the feast, please take a moment to think of the troops who are over seas away from their families.
Whether or not you support the war and the reason our troops are over there; the fact is that they are there. They are all away from their families do their best to make sure we are able to celebrate today. Please remember that today is not just about the turkey feast and the shopping.
I am thankful for my family, friends, my opportunity at an education and for my safety.
