Accenture has been positioned in the “leaders” quadrant in Gartner’s recent assessment of supply chain management service providers in North America.

In the report, “Magic Quadrant for North American SCM Consulting and Integration Service Providers,” Gartner evaluated 14 service providers across North America on their ability to execute and their completeness of vision.

According to Gartner, “leaders” are vendors that are performing well, have a clear vision of market direction and are actively building competencies to sustain their leadership position in the market.

Gartner evaluated the service providers based on two criteria. The first, “Ability to Execute,” measures product/service, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness and track record, marketing execution, customer experience and operations. The second, “Completeness of Vision,” measures market understanding, market strategy, sales strategy, offering strategy, business model, vertical/industry strength, innovation and geographic strategy. Client feedback is one of Gartner’s most critical measures of a provider’s supply chain practice.
