I often hear people talk about developing great leaders. Great leaders this, great leaders that. All we need are great leaders. Sure I agree. We need great leaders but we also need great employees. You can have many great leaders, but without great employees who exactly are they going to lead?

Once again, thanks to Twitter, I read a really great blog called Diary of a Great Employee. It pretty much summarizes exactly what a great employee. I’ve since shared it with me co-workers, printed it off and pinned it to the wall beside my desk. It’s my reminder as to what I strive to achieve each day as a great employee.
