By default, the calendar grid in Outlook shows 30 minute time slots. You can easily change the time slots from 30 minutes to 5, 6, 10, 15, or 60 minutes. My personal preference is to use 15 minute time slots due to the start and stop times of my recurring meetings.
To change the time interval in Outlook 2007:
- Right click a blank area within your calendar.
- From the context menu, click Other Settings.
- Click the drop down arrow beside Time Scale and select the number you want to use.
- Click OK. Outlook will automatically upgrade your calendar grid.
