How To Optimize Twitter Tweets

There should be an image here!Need to know how to optimize your Twitter tweets more effectively? Are you tired of never getting past a certain amount of traffic for each tweet that you post? This is a concern for a lot of Twitter members. The reason most people don’t get more power from their tweets is because they are promoting their tweets in the same boring manner.

If you want to beat the competition, then you need to come up with a way to market your tweets that no one has ever dreamed of doing.

Most people, when they tweet on a subject, will type in a short, catchy title and then place a link below it. This is not optimizing your tweet. You have to think about optimizing on Twitter the way you would in any other market on the Web. You must have sound SEO and keywords to be successful.

Step 1

Have your tweet consist of mostly keywords as best as you can. This will cause your tweet to be seen by more targeted users.

Step 2

After you have completed step 1 and have added a shortened link below your tweet, make sure to add keywords just below the link that are relevant to what you are promoting. Twitter doesn’t have a function where you can add meta tags to your tweets, so create them yourself on the tweet you send out. As long as it is relevant to what you’re tweeting, Twitter shouldn’t have a problem with it.

If you do this, you will see how much the traffic increases to your online content. All you have to do is type in each keyword that is in your tweet into Twitter’s internal search. Each keyword will appear and your tweet will appear in that keyword category.

Note: The goal on Twitter is to dominate its internal search engine, not Google or any other outside search. If you recognize this, then you will have the advantage over other marketers who don’t really take the time to study and analyze Twitter’s search engine.
