Here is a great tip for printing multiple copies of specific pages within Word. Suppose you need to print a six page document. However, you need multiple copies of specific pages — 3 copies of page two and 2 copies of page five. What would you do? Print the document once then go back and reprint those pages of which you need multiple copies? That is one way, but definitely not the quickest way.
Instead, use the Page Range section of the Print dialog box to do all the printing at once. From the Print dialog box, click the Pages option under the Page Range section. Enter in the following:
1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 6
This will print multiple copies of only pages two and five.
