Sage North America, which provides business management software and services to more than 2.9 million small and mid-sized businesses in Canada and the United States, today announced CRM (customer relationship management) industry analyst Brent Leary will present Social CRM trends at Sage Summit, the company’s North American customer conference being held November 9-11 at the Georgia World Congress Center.
Leary’s Wednesday, November 11th 8:30 a.m. EST session will also be available via live Webcast for remote participants, and a recording will be available for later viewing.
