In this podcast, Richard and I talk to Brian Gregor from Microsoft Premier Field Engineering about BizTalk. BizTalk has a variety of roles for IT Pros in the infrastructure: orchestration, integration, and workflow.
Brian has spent the past 15 years at Microsoft working for support on everything from MS-DOS 5.0, Win 3.1/3.11, Windows 95, Windows NT 3.5/4.0, Windows Server 2000/2003, TCP/IP and services, IIS 4.0+, Site Server 3.0, and BizTalk Server (all versions). He started working with BizTalk Server in 1999, when its first version — 2000 — was in beta. Brian has worked in front-line support answering phone calls and provided escalation support where they debug code to isolate and identify potential bugs. His current role has him working as a Premier Field Engineer designated to a couple of specific customers for BizTalk Server.
