I appreciate that you need to support your efforts. But considering the way in which you present yourself as purveyor of all things technological. It is surprising (but disappointing) to click on a link in your email for PC Optimizer and find simply an ad for the product. I was expecting to get to read your opinions and thoughts on the product.
One of the values of subscribing to your information is to gain knowledge from you. You could do your advertisers a great service if you
1) Promote products you have experience with.
2) Provide evidence of that experience, i.e. a review demonstrates that you have tried the product and studied it’s usage, but not necessarily used it for a long time.
3) Price of the product. (one advertising formula I used in Retail print advertising was PICTURE + FEATURES + PRICE) I don’t have time to see how much something is that I’m not convinced I even want. However, the price might attract me.
4) Personality - That’s what you are to me. A personality. Defined by your knowledge, character, and entrepreneurial spirit. You have the power to attract people through your multifaceted personality.
At any rate. Improve your product. Promote who you are to your advertisers so you can make many, many bucks. And promote who you are to your audience so your subscriber base increases 10 fold by adding VALUE to what you offer us. Keep it coming.
