I’ve been a cross-platform guy for twenty years (clacking away on my PC at the moment). The Intel Macs are lovely machines … so much more speedy than the old PowerPC boxes.

It has always amazed me that corporate America has not caught onto this by now, as initial cost, an impediment to many home users, has never been a problem for them.

I would venture a guess that the higher the IQ of the user, one of two things happen, either they buy a Mac, or they build their own machines. I am on the latter side of things, but moving toward the former, as there is something to be said for elegant design, something not usually found in the (IBM)PC world.
