Browser Vulnerabilities – Are We Just Warming Up?

Well, I guess this is an issue that will not be rectified anytime soon. Sure, we all can apply patches until the cows come home. However, the fact remains that both Firefox and Internet Explorer are coming under fire. Not for a lack of trying to protect the users, rather because of the popularity of each application.

So what can be done in the long term? Do we continue to rely on browser patches and user vigilance? I certainly hope not as neither have had a fantastic track record as of late. What do you think? Hit the comments above and tell me where you think this issues is headed.

Sure we keep using those patches. Giving up trying is like an unemployed person stopping to look for a job because there seems to be none to be had on the immediate horizon. Perservere! And patience which these days is hard to find. We live in a “I want it all and I want it now” society. We live not in a shell nor on an isolated island.
