If you ask me, moves like this make Hi-Def TV a lot more accessible when working with limited set-top box options. Granted, I am not saying that I am totally sold on the idea of a Slingbox for myself, however the idea of taking my content with me anywhere does have a certain attraction to it.

Perhaps if I traveled more, this would be a great purchase for me. I mean, I hardly have time to watch the TV I have access to now much less start taking the shows with me. So in the end, the news of Hi-Def coming to the Slingbox however cool, is simply not applicable to my world at this point.
