So perhaps you feel that blogging or even Podcasting, is just not interactive enough. I know, it’s hard to believe, however I have found that there are a few people out there with this opinion.

Well today I was cruising Chris’ blog and happened upon something that definitely adds a level of interactivity to the user-space. VNCCasts, a new way to watch and even interact with people who share a similar interest.

OK yes, it does seem sort of silly to merely sit there and watch people complete their daily tasks. Fortunately there is much more to this than being that passive. As a matter of fact, it allows the presenter to run on a schedule of their choosing and allow people to participate in what you are doing.

Some other uses for VNCCasts include:

• Giving demos or creating live tutorials.
• Allowing your employer to check out your latest work.
• Give weekly demos of your skills with the hope of landing a job.

There really is no question that this is a nice idea. Granted, GoToMeeting would almost certainly be easier. However, sometimes being geeky is just more fun!
