Apple Switch? Not So Fast…

As much as I hate to say it, I am skeptical as to whether or not these “Windows - Macs” really pose that much of threat to the big M. Look, people that buy Mac generally want one for the OS. And while it certainly handy to have both OS’ on one computer, we cannot get away from the fact that we cannot customize the hardware with an Apple computer - it’s not going to happen.

So this leaves me with the final consideration: Have a Mac that will boot both Windows and OS X on a notebook makes sense. But having this in a desktop machine seems stupid to me. I build my machines. Always have, always will. For me to go with a desktop Mac would mean that I get to pick which hardware is to go inside of the box. Folks, I just don’t see this happening.

Look, if you think I am nuts or perhaps just fell off the turnip buggy - let me know. I am open to your thoughts and suggestions as always.
