Today I set aside some time to work on a new project. It’s been one that I have been putting pieces into place for sometime now. So all and all, I feel pretty good about how the day was spent.

As some of you might expect, this leads to today’s question: Are you making sure that you are taking the time to follow personal projects when time allows? Or are you instead, too caught up in the day to day rush that so many of us find ourselves dealing with far too often?

Even though I am sure that many of you may have reluctantly answered yes to this, don’t feel too badly. I too, tend to work more than I ought to. And because of this, I have vowed to spend a wee bit more time with my own personal projects in an effort to wind down once in awhile. Just remember, all work and no play is certainly not a healthy way to spend ones life.

So as we wrap up this week, please remember to take a break once in a while. You’ll feel better for it. See you folks Monday!
