All right, I am ready to venture away from my traditional phone company and over to something completely different. I have given this a lot of thought and moving to Vonage seems like a pretty smart move for a number of reasons. I am able to get the equipment from them for no extra charge, I can have that extra fax line for nothing, and the list of features is quite impressive.

Now for the million-dollar question: should I make the switch from my local landline carrier? On the surface it “feels” right, but I do have concerns about bandwidth and other broadband-related issues that I might end up having to face as time passes. Well, this is where you come in. If you are a Vonage user, I would like to hear from you. I want to have raw, unedited truth about the service. I am trusting that this company is going to offer the best in reliability, customer service, and a few other related factors. After trying them, I will distribute praise (or otherwise) both publicly and among friends.
