If you have an iPhone, you also have two things: a camera on your phone, as well as the native Facebook application installed, too. Using both, you can easily upload photos taken with your smartphone to Facebook using the native Facebook app. You probably have the latest version of the Facebook app, which will allow you to upload photos to Facebook, but in case you don’t, go to the App Store and check for updates. If there are any for Facebook, they will download automatically if you download updates for your apps. Once you have the latest version of the Facebook app, here is how to upload photos from your iPhone to Facebook.
First, you’ll need to log in to Facebook via the Facebook app for iPhone. Then, click on the Photos icon at the bottom of the home screen. On the next screen, you’ll see a list of all of the photo albums you have created on Facebook, if any at all. To upload a photo to Facebook, choose the album to which you want to upload a photo by tapping on the album name. You’ll then see all the photos that are already in that album. If you want to upload a photo to this album, click on the camera icon in the top right corner of that specific album. You’ll then be prompted if you want to upload a picture to this album by taking a photo or choosing a picture that is already in your iPhone photo library. Tapping on the second option will bring up your Camera Roll, and you can choose photos that you have taken directly with your iPhone camera.
Once you take or choose or photo, you’ll see a preview of the photo you want to upload to Facebook. Then, just click Use and enter a caption for the photo on the next screen. To confirm the photo and the caption, click Done, and then Upload. Your photo from your iPhone will now be uploaded to Facebook.
