The Android Guys Give WeatherBug For Android High Marks

For those of you who follow this site, you know that WeatherBug has defined their mobile efforts to best reflect what the end user is looking for when retrieving weather data onto their choice mobile devices. Among those most recent WeatherBug efforts, WeatherBug Protect for Verizon Wireless users, WeatherBug for the iPhone and of course - WeatherBug for Google Android.

And on the Android front, I was thrilled to learn recently that we had a successful app review by the folks at the Android Guys website. Their review of the WeatherBug app for Google Android, took care to highlight the fact that WeatherBug put tremendous effort into both the user interface for the application, in addition to providing a nice overall user experience.

With all said and done, my favorite point that I thought really drove the review home had to be the following:

“Weatherbug is sophisticated in that it adjusts to the user. It offers the basic information you want, but its easy use will entice you to discover the deeper features. Simply put, it has become the sole weather app on my G1.”

Android Guys, thanks for the awesome review. And thanks for also getting what WeatherBug works to get across in all of their mobile applications. An effective blend of simplicity and deep features right from the palm of your hand.
